What if I'm not flexible or strong enough?

Perfect! That's exactly why beginner classes exist. You don't need any flexibility or strength to start - that's what you'll build. Every exercise has modifications, and our instructors will help you find what works for your body today.

What should I wear to my first class?

Comfortable clothes you can move in - like leggings and a fitted top. Grip socks are helpful but not required (we have them for sale). Just bring water and an open mind!

How often should I attend as a beginner?

We recommend 2-3 classes per week to build consistency and see progress. But even once a week is better than nothing! Listen to your body and go at your own pace.

Will I be sore after my first class?

You might feel some muscle engagement the next day, but our beginner classes are designed to be challenging yet gentle. Any soreness should be the "good" kind that means your muscles are awakening, not painful.
